Before we can deliver top-notch cleaning services to you, we need to know what payment option you would like to use. To let us know, please click here to print the payment option form, then select the payment option, sign and mail the completed form to the address listed on the form.

If you would like to pay via direct debit/ACH or credit card, please also complete one of the additional forms below.

Direct Debit/ACH or Credit Card Payment

• Check: on cleaning day, please leave a check on the counter to be picked up by our team.
• Direct Debit/ACH: form must be completed, signed and mailed to the address listed in advance. Click here to obtain a direct debit/ACH form, or call our office and we will send you one via email or postal mail.
• Credit Card: form must be completed, signed and mailed to the address listed in advance. Click here to obtain a credit card form, or call our office and we will send you one via email or postal mail.

Please note:

• Payment for the initial appointment only may be made by ACH or invoiced.
• Price of services depends on time spent, condition of the home and detailing.
